Run, Run, Run, Pick, Lift, Push, Ice, Run

I’ve been Working out a lot lately and I really don’t know why? Friday I ran 12.7 miles. Saturday I ran 11.3 miles with my bad knee popping at 9.01. Yesterday was the most difficult. I only ran 6.4 miles. I was suffering so bad.

My left knee is being iced and my right foot is not In good shape. I’ve been limping all day but who cares! My goal is to run 16 miles this week or the next.

Today I worked out my upper body with over hand claps, cherry picking push ups and weights.etc…It’s been a while!

I forgot to call Johnny today!!!!!!!!!! Booooooo!!!!!
